Wade leads the North Texas sales force for Square D/Schneider Electric. He has spent over 15 years working from West Texas to East Texas and growing the Schneider brand. He has experience in Data Centers, Hospitals, Industrial, and Commercial space. He has developed strong relationships in the construction space and enjoys the problem solving culture the industry requires.

Steve is a key leader in mission critical who’s managed more than $650 million in volume at Brasfield & Gorrie. His division has projects completed or underway with Digital Realty, Compass Datacenters, and QTS. Steve manages stand-out builds like Project Zeus, a more than $1 billion data center that’s set to become Brasfield & Gorrie’s largest project ever. At the time of award, it was the biggest active data center under construction by a third-party developer in the nation.

Randy Slagle has worked in the construction field for more than 20 years, where he has garnered a wide range of project experience, delivering work for the largest data center developers, owners, and operators in the nation. Originally from Dallas, Texas and mostly working within the North Texas region, he has deep connections with the local and national mission critical data center community. Slagle joined HITT’s Dallas team in early 2023, bringing his extensive experience in design, preconstruction, and technical facility construction operations. In his role as project executive, he guides project teams, providing day-to-day project oversight and ensuring project success through ownership of the schedule, project team management, and subcontractor management as well as developing and implementing safety and quality control plans on-site. Randy enjoys building relationships with clients and serves as their trusted advisor throughout the entire project lifecycle.

With 15 years of experience, Alejandra has a strong background in data center design, documentation and construction administration. She has been involved in the design of many significant data center projects encompassing over three million square feet leading great consultant teams.  She joined Yondr as the Design Director for the Americas where her goal is to develop a clear focus and collaborate in the design of highly efficient and beautiful data centers.

Andrew serves as a principal and regional manager for DFW Consulting Group, Inc. Andrew has cultivated a reputation as a go-to resource for the design of technically complex environments. He plays a significant role in electrical design, quality control, project management, and mentoring of graduate engineers on high reliability and mission-critical projects.

Alan is an Electrical Engineer and has been working in the Data Center, Electric Utility, & Healthcare environment for over 30 years. He is a long time member of IEEE and has been a 7×24 Exchange Lone Star Chapter Board member for two years.

Jason Hanna, with nearly 20 years of experience of Data Center design, has partnered to build JHET Architects located in DFW.  JHET is dedicated to the design and delivery of data centers and mission critical facilities nationwide with a hands-on approach to create innovative designs while prioritizing exceptional customer service. With a passion for transforming complex technological requirements into efficient and sustainable solutions, Jason has established a reputation for delivering cutting-edge data center designs that exceed client expectations.
